Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We currently ship orders to:

  • The Netherlands
  • Belgium
  • Germany

Orders placed before 16:00 (CET) are shipped the same working day.
Orders placed after 16:00 are shipped the next working day.

Orders placed after 16:00 on Friday, or on a public holiday, will be shipped on the next working day.

All orders are shipped via PostNL, DHL, or DPD, depending on destination and package size. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link.

We pack all orders carefully to ensure they arrive safely and in good condition.

 

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.

 

Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us first at hello@mooimabuhay.com.  We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.
Items sent back without prior contact may not be accepted.

Returned items must:

  • be unused

  • be in their original condition

  • be returned in original packaging where possible

  • include proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item, depending on your payment provider. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 14 days have passed since we received your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • personalised or custom-made products

  • sealed personal care items if opened after delivery

  • gift cards

Sale items may be excluded from returns where clearly stated at the time of purchase.

If you are unsure whether an item can be returned, please contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please return your original order and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
