We accept iDEAL (Wero), Visa, Mastercard and Bancontact. All payments are processed securely via Mollie.

Are your products handmade?

Yes. Our products are handmade and crafted using natural materials.
Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, and shape may occur. These variations are part of the character of each piece and are not considered defects.

Is this gift set ready to give?

Yes. Every gift set is carefully packed and ready to be gifted.
No additional wrapping is needed.

Are the ritual products meant for daily use?

The Home Rituals set is designed for regular, mindful use — such as slow mornings or calm evenings — but without strict rules. The ritual is meant to meet you where you are.

Do the products have any medical or therapeutic claims?

No. Our Home Rituals products are intended for lifestyle and decorative use only.
They do not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Where are the products made?

  • The woven placemat is crafted by local artisans in the Philippines

  • The acacia wood bowl is hand-carved in the Philippines

  • The stone diffuser is handmade by Mooi Mabuhay

Each piece reflects traditional craftsmanship and natural materials.

How should I care for the items?

  • Wipe the acacia wood bowl with a dry or slightly damp cloth

  • Do not soak or place wood items in the dishwasher

  • Keep woven items dry and away from moisture

  • Use only clear essential oils on the stone diffuser

How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 16:00 are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 16:00 are shipped the next working day.
Orders placed after 16:00 on Friday or on public holidays ship the next business day.

We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We ship using PostNL, DHL, or DPD, depending on your location.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.
Please contact us before returning an item so we can assist you.

Is the gift set available in limited quantities?

Yes. Our products are made in small batches and available in limited quantities.
Once a batch is sold out, it may not return in the same form.
